The Outfit Clash

Whooooo wedding season is upon us and amongst all the excitement let's be real there is also that slight outfit clash apprehension in the back of your mind. When everyone has access to the same online shopping portals it is always a risk, and even if you're not wearing the same dress everyone knows exactly where it came from and how much it was.

With this in mind for the first time ever as a wedding guest this weekend I'm not wearing a dress! After much dithering - buying / returning - husband consulting we (me, my friends, my mother and husband) have finally settled on a vintage jumpsuit. I'm excited, liberated even. There will be no awkward same dress situation, no ungraceful knicker revealing as the British weather does its worst. No, I'm going to be posed with an air of sophisticated androgyny. Hell I might even be warm....I won't hold my breath on that last one!

If any of you fancy stepping out of the dress safe zone with me - why not go all out and do it in Chanel. We currently have in store this remarkable jumpsuit. Size 8 - silk monochrome. The best thing about black and white is that it goes with absolutely everything too! Wear with a huge hat, chunky wedges (no getting stuck in the grass) and sunglasses to the races. Or an elegant fascinator and strappy heels to a wedding. Anyway you wear it - just know you'll be the only one!
