Shopping with Sign
We offer a variety of shipping options worldwide, with UK delivery starting at Ā£12. Please seeĀ hereĀ for more information on our online delivery options.Ā
For Pro Seller purchases, you have 14 days to return items for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition. Store credit is valid for 3 months and issued after a quality check.
In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
You retain all rights under applicable consumer law.

It is against the law to sell fake goods and we, therefore, take any attempt to re-sell fake goods through us very seriously. We inspect every item before it is listed, not after. For this reason we have a whole page dedicated to authentication which can be foundĀ here.Ā
Selling with Sign

We sell premium designer bags, clothes, shoes and accessories by designer fashion houses such as Chanel, Hermes, Prada, Balenciaga, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. We take on-trend, seasonal pieces from contemporaryĀ brands such as Ganni, Rixo, Isabel Marant and Mother of Pearl. We sell jewellery from brands such as Cartier and Van Cleef. We also accept vintage Hermes and Chanel.
Our rate of commission start from 60% for lower-priced items of the final sale price. However for high value items and brand new pieces by Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermes we can reduce this. We want to ensure that you get the maximum amount you can for your piece whilst still ensuring a successful sale. We consider many different variables before approaching you with a suggested value including but not exclusively: the original price paid, the condition, the demand for and the rarity of the item. We have been in the preloved designer fashion industry for 35 years and have a great deal of knowledge about the price a customer will pay for each designer piece.
Once approved, you arrange a drop-off at our Chelsea store, please contact us to arrange. Or you can send them to our Chelsea store via a courier. We can collect 20 or more items in person for sellers within a 15 mile radius of either of our store in Chelsea, London. For those who live further afield we will collect 15 or more items via courier for free, UK wide.Ā
After 2 months if your item is still unsold, it will qualify for a price reduction to help it to sell. It will be eligible for up to 30% reduction after 2 months and up to 50% reduction after 4 months, after 6 months up to 70%. If it doesn't sell within 12 months we may reduce the sale price further up to 90%, or you may collect the item or bare the cost of the item being returned. You can also choose to send it to charity.Ā
We pay at the end of the month for all the items sold in that month via bank transfer. Please note due to having a return window, for online orders you will paid on the first opportunity after the seven day returns window has expired via bank transfer. We will wait until your account balance is over £20 before making a transfer.
