We offer two types of products: Pro Seller items and Individual Seller items. Each product listing clearly indicates the seller type. Your rights under consumer law are not affected. From time to time, Items may be offered as part of a special campaign or promotional event. These terms will be clearly stated in the relevant campaign communications, as well as on the collection and product pages.

For Pro Seller Purchases

You have 14 days to return your item for a refund. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Individual Seller Purchases

You can return your item within 7 days for store credit. Items must be in original condition. Store credit is valid for 6 months and will be issued after we check the item’s condition.

In-Store Purchases

All sales are final, unless your item is faulty.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Email us – Let us know what you’d like to return and the reason. We’ll provide you with our return address.

  • Return your item – You can either pack and ship us your item or visit our Chelsea store to return it in person.

  • Receive your refund or store credit – We’ll process a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for Individual Seller items.

For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition. Store credit is valid for 6 months and issued after a quality check.

You retain all rights under applicable consumer law.
