UK DELIVERY
We offer complimentary click & collect from our Chelsea store. We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to pickup.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Items being delivered outside of the UK are now subject to customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the item is going to be returned. For specific delivery questions, please contact usĀ for a bespoke quote.

We understand if your purchase isnāt quite right.
For Pro Seller purchases, you have 14 days to return items for a refund, provided they are unused and returned in original condition.
For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition.
In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
HOW TO RETURN

Email us ā Let us know what youād like to return and the reason. Weāll provide you with our return address.

Return your item ā You can either pack and ship us your item or visit our Chelsea store to return it in person.

Receive your refund or store credit ā Weāll process a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for Individual Seller items.
For Pro Seller purchases, you have 14 days to return items for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition. Store credit is valid for 3 months and issued after a quality check.
In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
