We understand if your purchase isn’t quite right.

For Pro Seller purchases, you have 14 days to return items for a refund, provided they are unused and returned in original condition.

For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition.

In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Email us – Let us know what you’d like to return and the reason. We’ll provide you with our return address.

  • Return your item – You can either pack and ship us your item or visit our Chelsea store to return it in person.

  • Receive your refund or store credit – We’ll process a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for Individual Seller items.

For Pro Seller purchases, you have 14 days to return items for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For Individual Seller purchases, store credit is offered if you notify us and return the item within 7 days in its original condition. Store credit is valid for 3 months and issued after a quality check.

In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
