The Lockdown lowdown

As we find ourselves heading into yet another lockdown we wanted to take the opportunity to wish you all well and let you know what you can expect from us while our store is closed.

SHOPPING WITH SOTT:

It couldn't be easier to continue to buy authentic luxury designer pre-owned goods from home during lockdown. You can still shop online via our website or Instagram with the option to either:

Click & Collect orders at our store at 5 Elystan Street (orders will be brought to the door, you will not be allowed into the store)
Have your orders shipped to you (we ship worldwide)

SELLING WITH SOTT:

Are you using the increased time at home during lockdown to have a wardrobe clear-out? Want to make some extra cash to help with your Christmas shopping? It's never been so easy to sell your luxury designer goods both in and outside of London.

For selling during lockdown we can offer:

Curb-side drop-off at our Chelsea store
A non-contact home collection service in London and Berkshire
Shipping your items to us

For our existing sellers, thank you so much for choosing to sell with us; we really value each of you. Rest assured, we will extend the time-period for our sellers to last throughout the lockdown.

We got through the two lockdowns, so with a fair wind and a good dollop of stiff British upper lip we’ll get through this one and look forward to giving you a social distanced elbow pump on our return!
