What has happened to PapillonKia?

Sign of the Times, a London based luxury resale platform, has acquired certain assets from PapillonKia, who went into administration in October 2023. This will reinforce Sign of the Times as being one of the largest luxury resellers in the UK. PapillonKia will no longer be operational.

What does this mean for me as a PapillonKia customer?

You will still be able to continue your circular journey shopping and selling luxury pieces through Sign of the Times. You can do so online via WhatsApp or in our Chelsea store. We will do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible but please do bare with us at this time as we have a huge influx of communication. We would love to share an exciting introductory offer that we have set up exclusively for PapillonKia clients: Get £40 off your first purchase with Sign of the Times, for PapillonKia clients only.

Will I still be able to sell my luxury items still?

Yes, you will be able to sell your items with Sign of the Times. We offer consignment & cash upfront for certain handbags. We do everything from start to sale. Use our home collection service in London, drop-off your items in our Chelsea store or send your items in from anywhere in the world. Due to high demands, please bare with us over the coming weeks as we accommodate a lot of new sellers. Our selling service is very similar to PapillonKia, however, our commission rates may differ. We offer up to 80% commission on high value handbags and fine jewellery. Our regular rate of commission is 50% of the split price of the item. We add VAT and a £15 processing fee to the final selling price of every item.
