WEEKEND ECOMMERCE TRAINEE
Working in the Ecommerce team, you will be assisting with uploads and helping run the online store on weekends. You will be responsible for description writing and product photography as well as occasionally posting and answering messages on social media. You will be working onsite in our store on Chelsea Green, on Saturdays from 10am - 6pm and Sundays from 12pm - 5pm.
THE ROLE.
Description writing: you will be in charge of description writing for products on our website, working quickly & accurately in our shopify website management software. You will write SEO friendly copy that focuses on condition and fit
Photography: You will be in charge of product photography for the website and our Instagram. Any marks or damage needs to be highlighted. You will need to model the product, taking photos and videos with a tripod and clicker
Digital: you will be the 'go-to' for checking website content is correct at the weekend
Operations: you will be picking orders as they come through online and helping to pack them to be sent out to customers
Social: You will occasionally help post content for our Instagram channels
Customer service: delivering exceptional customer service whether that be answering Instagram messages or helping customers on the shop floor
REQUIREMENTS.
Previous e-commerce description or blog writing experience preferred
Photography experience preferred - even if this is just your personal social media
A passion for luxury fashion
Perfect written English
Exceptional attention to detail
Deep knowledge and passion for the luxury items you are describing
Perfect track record of reliability and being trustworthy in nature
Exceptional organisation skills
Ability to self-start and work on your own
A yes person, who loves people, has a happy nature and enjoys their work
Someone who can use their initiative and get stuck in
